Terms of Service

By accessing and using SYORA's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

SYORA provides synthetic deployment systems including:

• Product Placement in digital environments
• Digital Shooting and production services
• Motion Systems for advertising campaigns
• MVP Validation and testing services
• Strategic deployment consulting

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project information
• Ensuring you have rights to provided materials
• Making timely decisions and approvals
• Payment for services rendered
• Maintaining confidentiality of project details

All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables remain with SYORA until full payment is received. Upon payment, rights transfer as specified in project agreements.

Clients retain all rights to their original materials and intellectual property provided for project use.

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Final payment due upon project completion
• Payment methods specified in project agreement
• Late payments may result in project delays

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all project information, materials, and processes. This obligation survives the completion of any project.

SYORA's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed prior to termination date.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiations.
